Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Should the Purchaser not take delivery of the workshop ordered within 36 days of an online order being placed by the Purchaser, Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled, but not obliged, to cancel the Purchaser’s order.

Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd shall in addition be entitled to cancel any order placed by the Purchaser within the event that:

Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd does not have all the content available in the event of the GoDaddy server being down.

It would be obvious to the reasonable person that the price of the goods ordered as indicated by the Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd online platform is incorrect because the price indicated does not accurately reflect the true value of the relevant goods.

In the event that Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd does not cancel the Purchaser’s order, the Purchaser shall nevertheless be liable for payment of the workshop ordered from Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd with regard to any workshops whatsoever, including but not limited to one-on-one private workshops.

Save as otherwise provided for herein the Purchaser shall not be entitled to returns and/or refunds in respect of, any workshops unless they are cancelled with 72 hours of the start of the event.

Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd shall use its best endeavours to deliver or make available the workshops for presentation to the Purchaser as soon as possible after the order has been placed with Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd and accepted and confirmation by Jacqui Burnett or Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd.

Insofar as it appears to Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd that the Purchaser’s conduct is in any way prejudicial or potentially prejudicial to the conduct of Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd’s business by, without limiting the generality of this provision, the Purchaser infecting the Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd ‘s Website with viruses, Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, for any period it may deem fit, conducting business with the Purchaser or terminate such business relations entirely.

In cases of unavailability, Sophie Blue Press (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full, less Peach Payments or PayPal service fees within 30 days.
